The main objective of this research work was to determine if cyberbullying violates the fundamental rights of minors in terms of honor, good reputation and personal privacy. The national legal system was reviewed in search of those norms for the protection of minors and the result has been the legislative advances in this matter, we review and analyze the differences and similarities of other international legal systems in order to promote and find better solutions to the national legislation. . Using the methodology of documentary analysis, which collect concepts, doctrines, regulations and national and international jurisprudence in order to know and analyze new information. The final result focuses on promoting an emergency alert to our authorities and society in general so that others can become aware of this phenomenon already classified as a crime by legal regulations, and thus protect minors against cyberbullying. Finally, the investigation was concluded, verifying that there is a legal vacuum and a lack of interest on the part of the legislators in creating a regulation according to the time and necessity to face, prevent and stop this serious problem and not remain to lament fatal outcomes as mere observers.
