This implementation project was conducted at the facilities of the Marsh Perú S.A.C Administrative Offices San Isidro, Lima – Peru. In this framework of reference, this project consisted of the implementation of the non-conventional lighting control system of said offices. In observation of the administrative offices located in the building where the company Marsh Perú S.A.C is located, it was noted that the facilities had a conventional lighting system, a system that has no control, which does not provide lighting quality or energy savings. consumption in the luminaires, for which the use of a different lighting system was estimated, called a non-conventional lighting system, a system that does have control over consumption, which provides better quality of light for the development of activities, reducing even the energy consumption of the facilities, generating energy savings. This implementation focuses on analyzing this change in lighting control technology, which allows better use of lighting in these areas (offices), generating energy savings by dimming lighting, using control devices for this objective. This will allow us to understand that these changes in the facilities will have a consequence of energy savings, which will be expressed in lower energy consumption, so the company will have a margin of savings due to consumption in its facilities. The engineering tool called Project Management will be used, which enables us to follow each step of the implementation in its different stages, having an analytical vision of the improvement that is being made, thus ensuring the quality of the process, from its stage. initial to its completion. In this way, the life cycle of the project was evaluated, estimation of costs and budgets, evaluation of the project results, in general for the year 2023. Then we proceeded to analyze the before and after of the implementation conducted in the offices. administrative, demonstrating that with this improvement in lighting control by dimming there is a saving in consumption, which is expressed in lower cost per energy use, an improvement projected by the company when using this Emoticon control system. Finally, with the implementation of the improvement, energy, and consumption savings of approximately $10,790 dollars per year are estimated.
