This research entitled: “IFRS 9 Financial Instruments and its relationship with the Negotiable Mortgage Credit Securities of the Entrepreneur Capital Fund - Investment Funds, Lima 2020“; Its objective was to establish the relationship between the independent variable: IFRS 9 Financial Instruments and the dependent variable: Negotiable Mortgage Credit Securities. The research methodology used was a quantitative approach, applied type, descriptivecorrelational level, cross-sectional, non-experimental and field design, systemic, hypothetical deductive analytical method; whose population and non-probabilistic sample was 22 workers; Data collection was carried out using the survey technique with the questionnaire certificate instrument, whose data collected and statistically processed, resulted in a general hypothesis test of 0.971 degrees of correlation, being high and positive for IFRS 9 Financial Instruments with Negotiable Mortgage Credit Securities (TCHN); the result for the first dimension was equal to 0.976 degrees, high and positive; the result for the second dimension was 0.968 degrees and the result for the third dimension was 0.856 degrees of correlation, qualified as high, positive and favorable; concluding that there are favorable, high and positive correlations between the variables and the dimensions and therefore the alternative hypotheses are accepted and the null hypotheses are rejected, considering a significance level of p value = 0.000 <to q value = 0.05 which It means that the level of reliability was 95% and a 5% margin of error; This shows that IFRS 9 Financial Instruments should be applied to improve the management of Negotiable Mortgage Credit Securities in the Entrepreneur Capital Fund company.
