The thesis aims to provide guidance on the productive chain of the High Andean quinoa of Cajamarca region where there is ignorance around this and it develops design to offer the product to international markets, especially the fate of Holland, Europe. The production chain of quinoa have actors or determinants links that promote the production and commercialization of an international markets, however the chain in the region lacks international traders and processors, is subject only to producers who belong to an association or organizational form. However, with the support of the Regional Government and the Agrarian Agency, which carry out projects on cultivation of this Andean cereal, fulfilling a very important role as supporting entity for the main part of the chain are producers. The level of marketing is precarious, exporting and processing companies quinoa are mostly in the capital, but are supplied to producers in the region. The object of this thesis is to design a production chain of quinoa in the high Andean highlands of Cajamarca for marketing in the European market. On the other hand it will be essential to establish the interrelated links present in the region, also export capacity and internal factors that can promote their international marketing.
