In the present investigation we look for which form of government will be the one that obtains the most advantages in the governability of the country. In addition, we seek to respect the essential content, both theoretical and practical, of the Principle of Separation of Powers. With this, the Legislative Power has more prominence within the legal political sphere of the country, the correct functioning of the institutionalization of the political, social, economic and country system will be reflected, under the following problem: What form of government contributes to the strengthening of the Principle of Separation of powers according to jurisprudence and the Peruvian constitutional doctrine produced in relation to the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993?, the general objective is to determine the form of government that contributes to the strengthening of the Principle of Separation of powers according to the jurisprudence and the Peruvian constitutional doctrine produced in relation to the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993. The methodology has a qualitative research approach, a non-experimental research design. The population and sample is given by Constitutional Court rulings, Peruvian doctrinaire books and foreign doctrine books, theses by national and foreign authors. The instruments and their collection were extracted from the document review technique and the textual record. Finally, we want the Constitutional Court to ensure care and compliance with the institutionalization of the Powers of the State, making the Principle of Separation of Powers prevail and respecting the hierarchical order of the Political Constitution.
