Percepción del estrés laboral y la productividad de los funcionarios en las entidades financieras, Lima, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el estrés laboral y la productividad de los funcionarios en las entidades financieras, Lima, 2021 para conocer las cómo se relacionan. En cuanto a la metodología empleada tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la investigación es de tipo descriptiva correlacional. La información se obtuvo aplicando la técnica de encuesta la cual estuvo conformada por una muestra probabilística de 278 funcionarios de las entidades financieras la misma que fue validada por expertos de la Universidad Privada del Norte, todo el procedimiento de la información obtenida se realizó por el programa estadístico IBM SPSS Ver. 25 logrando obtener como resultado un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,839 lo cual confirmo la confiabilidad de la investigación. Se concluye que existe una relación significativa entre las variables estrés laboral y la percepción de la productividad con una correlación de Spearman de Spearman de 0,650.

The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship that exists between work stress and the productivity of officials in financial entities, Lima, 2021 to know how they are related. Regarding the methodology used, it has a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental cross sectional design, the research is descriptive and correlational. The information was obtained by applying the survey technique which was made up of a probabilistic sample of 278 officials from financial institutions, which was validated by experts from the Universidad Privada del Norte, the entire procedure of the information obtained was carried out by the program Statistical IBM SPSS Ver. 25 obtaining as a result a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.839 which confirmed the reliability of the investigation. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the variables work stress and the perception of productivity with a Spearman correlation of Spearman of 0.650.
