The stock of all finished products, raw materials or products in process is a logistics aspect that is more complex in the distribution and production of goods industry for any company. The objective of every company should be: direct and organize its economic and material resources, in order to achieve the levels of production, profitability and results. The main objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between Inventory Control and the delivery of orders in the company INVERSIONES BUSTILLOS SAC during the months of September 2018 - August 2019, through a quantitative research approach of a correlational type. , deductive general method and the design is non-experimental transactional. To carry out the study, the information obtained from the company was analyzed by means of indicators related to the research topic, which gave answers to the questions and with this the factors that influence decision-making were determined. As a result, the company need to work with inventory control, to achieve effective delivery of orders to customers, as well as knowledge of the most important factors to take into account, such as: inventory rotation, inventory duration, order delivery efficiency and complete and perfect order delivery.
