Control de inventarios de productos terminados y su relación con la entrega de pedidos en la empresa Inversiones Bustillos SAC-2019

Abstract

El stock de todo producto terminado, materia prima o productos en proceso es un aspecto logístico que más complejos tiene la industria de distribución y producción de bienes para cualquier empresa. El objetivo de toda empresa debería ser: dirigir y organizar los recursos económicos y materiales de la misma, con el propósito de alcanzar los niveles de producción, rentabilidad y resultados. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal, determinar la relación entre el Control de inventarios con la entrega de pedidos en la empresa INVERSIONES BUSTILLOS SAC durante los meses Setiembre 2018 – agosto 2019., a través de un enfoque de investigación cuantitativo de tipo correlacional, método general deductivo y el diseño es no experimental transeccional. Para la realización del estudio se analizó la información obtenida de la empresa mediante indicadores referidos al tema de investigación, los cuales dieron respuesta a las interrogantes y con esto se determinó los factores que influyen para la toma de decisiones. Como resultado, se ha identificado la necesidad de trabajar con un control de inventarios, para lograr tener una eficaz entrega de pedidos a los clientes, así como el conocimiento de los factores de mayor importancia a tomar en cuenta, como son: la rotación de inventarios, duración de inventarios, eficacia en la entrega de pedidos y entrega de pedidos completos y perfectos.

The objective of every company should be: direct and organize its economic and material resources, in order to achieve the levels of production, profitability and results. The main objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between Inventory Control and the delivery of orders in the company INVERSIONES BUSTILLOS SAC during the months of September 2018 - August 2019, through a quantitative research approach of a correlational type. , deductive general method and the design is non-experimental transactional. To carry out the study, the information obtained from the company was analyzed by means of indicators related to the research topic, which gave answers to the questions and with this the factors that influence decision-making were determined. As a result, the company need to work with inventory control, to achieve effective delivery of orders to customers, as well as knowledge of the most important factors to take into account, such as: inventory rotation, inventory duration, order delivery efficiency and complete and perfect order delivery.
