ABSTRACT This thesis is developed on the basis of the structure of the Professional adequacy program under the thematic axis of process improvement for a cleaning company services, whose name we will keep in reserve to avoid labor disputes, personal and legal, hereinafter referred to as the unit of study. The unit of study is a peruvian family business services industrial cleaning, taking as clients to hospital and administrative entities of the State. Has been identified by the observation that the unit of study, with a turnover of staff due to the factors observed: lack of timely payment, lack of recognition for their work, poor relationships with their peers and heads, distaste for the work performed, care of children, distance to the center of work, occupational diseases, schedules, better opportunities, studies and training; despite the efforts of the selection area to cover the vacant positions and the little human resource that can be presented to cover the same, it has been noted that the unit of study has no compensation to retain staff operator. Of the factors mentioned these were classified depending on the nature of the phenomenon that is caused (internal and external) in order to delimit the variable retention. Considering as an object of study the following sub variables: balance between family life and work, training and education, health, recognition and satisfaction. Compensation, “Set formed by money and benefits with which compensates for, or are paid to a contributor for the work he has done.“ (Alles, 2011, p. 97). For the majority of the employees compensation consists of wages, bonuses, paid time off, health insurance and other similar forms of monetary compensation; however, we believe that the financial compensation, while important, is not the only type of compensation which is available to the employees, so before mentioned, this variable will not be a part of this study since it corresponds to the top management of the company planning a wage policy in accordance with the reality of the business and meet the basic needs of the partners. The compensation proposal has as specific objectives identify and determine how the training opportunities and training, recreational activities, health and the conventions of recognition improve the retention of staff, with the development of these specific objectives we will have as a result the overall objective of determining how a proposal for compensation helps to improve the retention of staff in a company for the category of services. Retention of staff: “It is the process that involves maintaining the competencies of the employees, keeping them motivated, emotionally active and stimulated.“ (Prieto, 2013, p.10). Using the methodology of survey was conducted an analysis of the variables in order to determine a compendium of strategies that are the structure of the compensation plan. These offsets are main support corporate conventions and trainings that are generated with the different public and private companies and with the strategies of recognition raised in the development of the compensation proposal. The implementation of the proposal of compensation does not generate a considerable economic impact for the company, on the other hand, contributes to the results of business productivity, generating benefits for the partners, allowing the user enterprise, improving retention through the satisfaction and loyalty of staff.
