Objetive: To establish a relationship between the disability due to low back pain and the dysergonomic risk in people who perform home office in the company Garper Multiservicios s.a.c. 2020. Methodology: This study had a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, correlational and hypothetical-deductive method. The sample consisted of 60 people who work in the home office of garper multiservicios. The instruments used were the oswestry scale and the REBA method. Results: Regarding disability due to low back pain, 66.7% presented moderate disability and 54% presented moderate functional disability due to low back pain. Regarding the dysergonomic risk, 60% of the workers needed an action to reduce the postural risk. Therefore it was possible to determine the relationship between incapacity due to low back pain and dysergonomic risk in people who perform home office through p=0.05 value calculated with a significance level. Conclusions: The statistical data obtained in the study show that people who perform home office are exposed to ergonomic risk factors, due to the nature of their work and how it is directly affecting incapacity due to low back pain, dysergonomic risk and the need for additional support to perform their work activities.
