The present thesis work entitled APPLICATION OF PASSIVE ACOUSTICAL CONDITIONING SYSTEMS OF THE DESIGN OF THE CITY OF TRUJILLO PUBLIC LIBRARY, plants an infrastructure of communal services, which gives access to a communication center, a meeting center and a meeting place , new learning that encourages the active and effective participation of the population, with attributes such as dynamics and tranquility, the activities that arise; flexible and adequate, allowing constant adaptation; safe, accessible and organized, with well defined areas; as well as free and controlled, with clearance for bulk and noise. However, the noise generated by various human activities and the urban environment, modifies the maximum noise levels in the environment, which negatively affect it, causing health problems, learning problems, lack of concentration, disturbances or diseases in the activities that perform. keeping people away and more in areas that require quiet, noisefree spaces that allow concentration, teaching, consultation and research, from where distractions are possible. That is why a public library is planted in the city of Trujillo with concepts of passive acoustic conditioning systems, which generates an excellent acoustic quality of the spaces, taking into account the spatial organization, materials, acoustic parameters and construction systems in the architectural design to eliminate noise. For the investigation, the case analysis and case comparison method will be used, which will determine the variable design lines, which will be applied in the architectural project to be carried out, in this way the configuration will respond to these indicators.
