The purpose of this work is to improve the productivity of a Peruvian metalworking company in the manufacture of rolls of cyclonic meshes also called Olympics and thus put it on a par with its competitors. To achieve the objective, the manufacture of an automatic galvanized wire mesh industrial cyclone mesh machine is proposed using the Reverse Engineering (II) technique to improve the productivity of the Peruvian company; In addition, showing how this multidisciplinary technique contributes to increased productivity by obtaining, through its use, machines, spare parts, products according to the needs of the client, users and especially at low costs; in order to adapt or improve an exogenous industrial machine to the productive need; that is, non-commercial. With the use of Industrial Engineering, the global productivity analysis was carried out, finding the current one at 0,0032 and increasing the mesh roll by 0,0036 per sol, achieving an improvement with the implementation of the project; This is also due to improvements in rates such as human productivity, which doubles in value from the current rate of 0,5 to 1 roll of mesh per man-hour, and also achieves an improvement in physical efficiency of 85% to 94,12%. with the use of an automatic machine built with the application of Reverse Engineering (II). Finally, the economic analysis favors the application of the project because a cost versus benefit ratio (RC/B) is obtained, which grants 0,10 cents of income per invested sol, a VNA that shows a profitability of 116 484,63 soles and an TIR of 96%. For all these results that make the investment profitable, it is recommended to carry out the project.
