At the end of the study we have been able to conclude that the company under study has only carried out traditional marketing strategies, the current position they have is strong but linked to the National University of Trujillo, which is why they have completely lost their brand identity We can highlight the customer profile that the company has Age from 27 to 50 years, income in a range of S /. 1100 to S /. 2000 soles, NSEC B-C, desire for training by request of the entity or postulation to public vacancies, lifestyle: Adapted – Conservative. Through this profile we have been able to define the most appropriate strategies for this public, and it is recommended to carry out actions that integrate the company with the consumer, it is not necessary to plan thousands of soles, but it is vitally important in this area to retain a client, Ie to achieve the buyback, because in this sector a student is not trained once, due to the laws and the sector a student can be active once each year in these types of training.
