The present study entitled “Continuous improvement of productivity in the area of production of Panificadora Industrial SAC through the application of the Methodology PHVA, Puente Piedra, period 2016-2017“, had as its general objective to determine if the application of the PHVA Methodology improves the productivity in the production area of Panificadora Industrial SAC through the application of the PHVA Methodology, Puente piedra, period 2016-2017. The methodology is of the applied type with a quantitative approach and experimental design of the quasi-experimental type. The sample was the last six months of 2016 and the first 6 months of the year 2017. The technique used for data collection was observation and as an instrument the observation card was used. The statistical analysis was performed with the statistical program SPSS version 23 analyzing the pre- and post efficiency, efficacy and productivity, through the following tests, central and dispersion means, Shapiro Wilk and T for related samples. It was determined in the results that the PHVA methodology did positively influence the increase in productivity. Likewise, the results indicated that productivity increased by 26.67%, efficiency and effectiveness by 10.16% and 18.89% respectively.
