Importancia del uso de las ODNAs para el control del mantenimiento y/o conservación en la ruta PE-5N; Chamaya (Dv. Olmos) - Jaén - San Ignacio - Pte. Integración (frontera con Ecuador)

Abstract

Desde épocas pasadas hasta la actualidad, las obras de infraestructura vial cumplen un rol de suma importancia en la conectividad terrestre de una localidad, región y de un país. Pero a su vez los niveles de servicio que la vía otorga en un lapso de tiempo pueden diferir a lo estipulado. Actualmente la parte administrativa que vela y rige con la integridad de la infraestructura vial discrepan en tiempos desde el termino de ejecución del proyecto hasta la concesión para el mantenimiento y/o conservación de la infraestructura vial. Teniendo eso presente gran parte de las vías sufren deterioros; ya sea, de forma parcial o total. En este presente informe, resaltaremos el uso de las ODNAS; el cual nos brindara un estado real y situacional de partes de la vía, o tramos; en donde tendremos que llevar un control y un monitoreo continuo con la finalidad de subsanar algunas incidencias presentadas en la vía para su posterior mejoramiento, conservación o reposición de las mismas.

From past times to the present, road infrastructure works play a very important role in the land connectivity of a locality, region and a country. But at the same time, the levels of service that the road provides in a period of time may differ from what is stipulated. Currently, the administrative part that watches over and governs the integrity of the road infrastructure differs in times from the end of the project's execution to the concession for the maintenance and/or conservation of the road infrastructure. Bearing this in mind, a large part of the roads suffer deterioration; either partially or totally. In this present report, we will highlight the use of ODNAS; which will provide us with a real and situational state of parts of the road, or sections; where we will have to keep control and continuous monitoring in order to correct some incidents presented on the road for its subsequent improvement, conservation or replacement of the same.
