The objective of this research work was to demonstrate whether inventory management has an influence on improving the level of service of the company SARCOTEC PERU E.I.R.L. for the year 2021-2022. The type of study is quantitative because it aims to explain a reality seen from an objective perspective through the collection of measurable data, as population was considered the data of the last 12 months of sales of the company and as well as data from the inventory control, these data were processed in SPSS software, As a result, after using the method ABC, reorder point tool and the EOQ economic model, it was possible to reduce the problems in terms of stock breakage, orders out of time, which can be evidenced by the improvement of the service level, which has increased by 40%, These reflect that during the months that the improvement idea was executed, the warehouse was better supplied, which showed growth in the improvement of orders delivered on time by 26%. In conclusion, after analyzing the results obtained from Spss, it was determined that inventory management has an influence on the level of service, as well as inventory management improves orders delivered on time in the company SARCOTEC PERU E.I.R.L for the year 2021-2022 A financial evaluation was carried out through cash flow, which demonstrated the viability of the improvement proposal. The results obtained were an VAN of S/16,480.44, an TIR of 98%, a B/C of S/3.98 and a PRI of 2 years.
