Gestión de inventarios y su influencia en el nivel de servicio de la empresa SARCOTEC PERÚ E. I. R. L para el año 2021-2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar como la gestión de inventarios mejora el nivel de servicio de la empresa SARCOTEC PERU E.I.R.L para el año 2021-2022 tipo de estudio es cuantitativa porque pretende explicar una realidad vista desde una perspectiva objetiva a traves de la recoleccion de datos medibles, como muestra fue considerado los datos de los últimos 12 meses de ventas de la empresa y como también de los datos del control de los inventarios , estos datos fueron procesado en el software SPSS, como resultado después haber utilizado las herramientas, método ABC, punto de reorden y modelo económico EOQ se logró disminuir los problemas en lo que se refiere al bajo nivel de servicio, en la que se puede evidenciar la mejora del nivel de servicio, la cual se ha incrementado en 40%, estos nos reflejan que durante los meses que se ejecutó la idea de mejora, se abasteció mejor el almacén por el cual se evidenció el crecimiento en la mejora de los pedidos entregados a tiempo en 26%. En conclusión, después de analizar los resultados obtenidos del Spss se determinó que la gestión de inventarios tiene influencia en el nivel de servicio, como también la gestión de inventarios mejora los pedidos entregados a tiempo en la empresa SARCOTEC PERU E.I.R.L para el año 2021-2022. Se realizó una evaluación financiera mediante el flujo de caja, el cual demostró la viabilidad de la propuesta de mejora. Los resultados obtenidos fueron un VAN de S/16,480.44, una TIR del 98%, un B/C de S/3.98 y un PRI de 2 años.

In conclusion, after analyzing the results obtained from Spss, it was determined that inventory management has an influence on the level of service, as well as inventory management improves orders delivered on time in the company SARCOTEC PERU E.I.R.L for the year 2021-2022 A financial evaluation was carried out through cash flow, which demonstrated the viability of the improvement proposal.
