The present investigation, aims to determine how the implementation of the Deming cycle in the process of stamping sports poles, affects the quality of the finished product in the company “Advertising Sami“, the research is almost experimental. To carry out this study, a diagnosis was made by applying a survey to the production manager and the manager; Likewise, in order to gather complementary information, an observation sheet was made, when analyzing the data obtained, it was deduced that the company has the need to apply a methodology of continuous improvement to accelerate its process. Subsequently, the Deming cycle is implemented in the process of stamping sports poles; obtaining the following results: before the implementation of the Deming cycle, the operators took 5 min whit 33 seg to stamp a pole and made 240 daily poles, from the daily production lot 17 poles were reprocessed, and 7 poles discarded; after the implementation of the Deming cycle, the operators take 3 min to stamp a pole and producers 268 daily poles; of which only reprocess 8 poles, and discard 3 poles daily. Finally, the economic analysis was carried out, which will determine which project is viable since the NPV is positive greater than zero S / 28, 535.04, in addition the IRR is 99% higher than the discount rate.
