We will begin by indicating that the present thesis work is in the context of administration and management of a company that has little time in the market; however the growth in its sales has been constant. Our research work aims to make improvements in the management of purchases and inventory turnover in order to increase profitability in a textile and sports accessories marketing company in the city of Lima. In order to achieve this objective, a theoretical and practical analysis of each of the purchasing processes will be carried out, and we have the purpose of demonstrating that the procurement management is not taking place within a competent process and that the rotation of inventories in certain articles is They give in a fast way which negatively affects the sales and other items that are less turnover generates that the store has products that can end up in a loss condition for the company. Thus, the initial result serves to know how the purchasing environment is currently and to be able to point out what are our shortcomings in the inventory rotation through analyzing the general and specific problems we have encountered. It should be noted that the methodology in the current research study is focused on the quantitative method, in relation to the unit of analysis we will use techniques and instruments scientifically proven and validated at the international level as Ishikawa, flow grams, these tools will allow us to improve inefficient processes in the company and help make it more competitive in the market.
