Ambientes arquitectónicos gerontologicos en base al desarrollo de actividades del adulto mayor para un centro gerontológico en el distrito de Cajamarca en el año 2018

Abstract

RESUMEN Actualmente, la falta de ambientes o espacios para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas adultas mayores en diferentes proyectos arquitectónicos es esencial, debido a que, la población va envejeciendo y no tenemos lugares pensados para los adultos mayores, en ese sentido, la arquitectura está en proceso de generar proyectos donde el adulto mayor no sea dejado de lado, ante este problema existe una rama llamada Arquitectura Gerontológica, que se encarga de ver, analizar lo que el adulto mayor necesita. En la presente investigación se abordará el desarrollo del adulto mayor, este punto se obtendrá mediante fichas de análisis de casos y documentarias, tomando también como referencia la arquitectura gerontológica, con el fin de mejorar el desarrollo del adulto mayor. Esto se realizó mediante etapas, en la primera etapa se pudo identificar los problemas sociales que existen y la falta de interés por el adulto mayor, el desarrollo de la formulación del problema de investigación, el estudio de los antecedentes y bases teóricas, estableciendo los objetivos que se quiere conseguir con el desarrollo de este proyecto; lo señalado anteriormente sirvió para la siguiente etapa la cual abarca la hipótesis y el desarrollo de las variables ; así mismo, diagnosticar los materiales y métodos, la presentación de los casos a analizar y las técnicas o instrumentos que se utilizaron para el desarrollo de la investigación. Se estableció la discusión de los resultados del caso analizado para luego proponer los lineamientos de diseño que se aplicaron a la propuesta arquitectónica del Centro Gerontológico para el adulto mayor. Finalmente, se dio pie al proyecto arquitectónico, donde se realiza el dimensionamiento del proyecto para luego proponer la programación arquitectónica, la determinación del terreno y su posterior análisis. ABSTRACT Currently, the lack of environments or spaces to improve the quality of life of older people in different architectural projects is essential, because the population is aging and we do not have places designed for older adults, in that sense, the architecture is in the process of generating projects where the elderly is not left aside, before this problem there is a branch called Gerontological Architecture, which is responsible for seeing, analyzing what the older adult needs. In the present investigation the development of the older adult will be approached, this point will be obtained through files of analysis of cases and documents, also taking as a reference the gerontological architecture, in order to improve the development of the elderly. This was done through stages, in the first stage it was possible to identify the social problems that exist and the lack of interest in the elderly, the development of the formulation of the research problem, the study of the background and theoretical bases, establishing the objectives what you want to achieve with the development of this project; the aforementioned served for the next stage which covers the hypothesis and the development of the variables; likewise, diagnose the materials and methods, the presentation of the cases to be analyzed and the techniques or instruments that were used for the development of the research. The discussion of the results of the case analyzed was established to then propose the design guidelines that were applied to the architectural proposal of the Gerontological Center for the elderly. Finally, the architectonic project was started, where the sizing of the project is carried out to then propose the architectural programming, the determination of the land and its subsequent analysis.
