ABSTRACT The theme of warehouse management and product distribution gain great relevance in the process of the logistics system; which is why both issues are widely studied in logistics. However, many companies engaged in the marketing and distribution in Peru and Cajamarca, lack of good practice in processes involving both aspects, so it is the study area of research. The study aims to achieve optimize delivery times after the influence of a system of warehouse management and distribution in a marketer and distributor of consumer products company covering for it, the study of problems since the entry of goods to distribution to customers. Having carried out the study, it has identified problems in the area of inventory and warehouse because it does not have a coding system products in stock, so, opted for an ABC system to obtain a system according to supplier and according to the rotation of goods. Also, a new physical distribution management intends to exploit spaces. On the other hand, the range is not a planning study transport routes, causing poor deliveries, thus optimizing delivery times sought to use this method of traveling salesman is presented; an evaluation of certain logistical costs also arises by the distance traveled in meters’ monthly sales of each of the lines. All this, to reduce errors in the warehouse and distribution, facilitate product placement and have an optimum result in deliveries. In this sense, this research will support those who decide to make or implement proposed in a study or real-life case. On the other hand, it is noteworthy that managed to find an answer to the hypothesis, because the influence of a warehouse management system and distribution delivery times was found. Also it was possible to make an improvement through the calculation of indicators and the use of methods such as layout or travel agent for the warehouse and distribution area, which led to decrease delivery times.
