The following study aims to determine influence of risk management on costs and timeline usin Monte Carlo simulation of the INFINITUM - MIRAFLORES multifamily building in the period 2020. Seeking, demonstrating, how risk management influences costs and schedule, thus obtaining indices to take into account, to carry out a good prevention. The hypothetical deductive method was applied in the study, with a quantitative approach, a correlational descriptive level and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population for the present investigation is constituted by 40 (thirty) collegiate civil engineers who are experts in construction and having participated at least twice in works of multifamily buildings in the District of Miraflores, Lima 2020, using a survey and the Instrument a questionnaire with 21 questions, the answers were measured with the Likert scale of 5 levels. The instrument was validated by teachers applying the expert judgment test that determined its sufficiency and applicability. The data processing was carried out by applying the statistical software SPSS version 25 and Excel to interpret tables and figures. To determine the reliability of the instrument, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, giving 0.906 as a result, concluding that there is good internal consistency for this scale, for the hypothesis test the Chi-square test was used, of the results of the correlations of the Spearman's Rho test, we see that the correlation coefficient is equal to +0.717, which indicates that the degree of the relationship between the two variables is very strong and considerable positive.
