Incidencia de la mejora de la gestión de inventarios en los costos logísticos de la empresa Autonort, Cajamarca 2017

Abstract

Reconocer la importancia que tiene la logística empresarial y la gestión de inventarios en la competitividad que se enfrentan hoy en día las empresas teniendo en cuenta la satisfacción de los clientes externos e internos, y desde el punto de vista gerencial es una estrategia necesaria para manejar de forma integral la cadena de suministros, de tal forma que logre el balance óptimo entre las necesidades del cliente y el uso eficiente de los recursos disponibles de la empresa, en especial los recursos económicos, que son los más críticos y vulnerables en las empresas.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la incidencia de la mejora de la gestión de inventarios en los costos logísticos de la empresa AUTONORT, Cajamarca, 2017, el diseño de investigación es del tipo descriptivo, no experimental – transversal pues las variables de estudio serán observadas sin influenciar en ellas y midiéndose de manera independiente, así como estimándose el beneficio que genera la influencia de la variable independiente.

La técnica utilizada para la recolección de información es el análisis documental, pues se analizan datos registrados en los reportes e informes digitales y físicos del área de logística para evaluar la situación actual de la gestión de inventarios y los costos logísticos a fin de obtener un diagnóstico y proponer las estrategias logísticas que contribuyan con la mejora de la eficiencia de la gestión así como influye en la reducción de los costos logísticos.

La implementación de una mejora en la gestión de los inventarios tiene incidencia directa en los costos logísticos de la empresa AUTONORT Cajamarca dados los resultados obtenidos en los costos asociados al inventario, cuyos indicadores evaluados costos de ordenar y costo de mantenimiento se reducen considerablemente alcanzándose un ahorro para la empresa de S/.131.106.85; aceptándose de éste modo la hipótesis planteada.

Recognize the importance of business logistics and inventory management in the competitiveness that companies face today, taking into account the satisfaction of external and internal customers, and from the managerial point of view is a necessary strategy to manage integral form the supply chain, in such a way that it achieves the optimal balance between the needs of the client and the efficient use of the available resources of the company, especially the economic resources, which are the most critical and vulnerable in the companies.

The present investigation has like general objective to determine the incidence of the improvement of the management of inventories in the logistical costs of the company AUTONORT, Cajamarca, 2017, the design of investigation is of the descriptive type, not experimental - transversal since the variables of study will be observed without influencing them and measuring independently, as well as estimating the benefit generated by the influence of the independent variable.

The technique used for the collection of information is the documentary analysis, since data recorded in the reports and digital and physical reports of the logistics area are analyzed to assess the current situation of inventory management and logistic costs in order to obtain a diagnosis and propose logistic strategies that contribute to the improvement of management efficiency as well as influence the reduction of logistics costs.

The implementation of an improvement in the management of inventories has a direct impact on the logistics costs of the company AUTONORT Cajamarca given the results obtained in the costs associated with the inventory, whose indicators evaluated ordering costs and maintenance cost are considerably reduced, achieving savings for the company of S / .131.106.85; accepting in this way the hypothesis proposed.
