This thesis was framed within the research line of web analytics and focused as the main objective in determining its influence in the decision making about the traffic of visits of the INEI web applications. On the other hand, at a specific level; the result of its influence on the quality of the information, the process generation time of the information and the satisfaction of the user with the analysis interfaces. The present work is defined, according to Zorrilla; in the type of Applied and Mixed Research. And analyzing the classification of Carlos Sabino, we define it as a type of Applied and Explanatory Research. For the present investigation, the total of 13 boards of the business intelligence solution implemented and displaying the information of the integrated datawarehouse was considered as a population. For the development of this solution, the scrum methodology was applied, in order to speed up coordination and advance deliveries. It was integrated into a datawarehouse, the information from the log files of the web servers, the geographic location information of the IPs worldwide and the information from the INEI application inventory. All this in order to be able to analyze the information under different aggregate dimensions, such as country, INEI location, type of user, application, type of application and others, to which the calculation of 6 indicators was complemented under the concept of analytics Web; in such a way that this analysis contributes optimally to the decision making by the responsible users. Finally, it is proposed that the developed business intelligence solution be accessible to the different units of the Technical Information Office, as well as the Technical Diffusion Directorate for the respective purposes. In addition, you must add in its integration phase, the information that comes from the Google Analytics account and that of non-Microsoft IIS web servers. On the other hand, the number of analysis boards in the Qlik Sense tool, of the type of historical and predictive analysis, must be expanded to optimize even more, not only user satisfaction, but also the ability to make decisions with better Analysis environment.
