Diseño de un centro de educación básica especial para niños y jóvenes invidentes empleando estrategias de memoria secuencial en la provincia de Trujillo 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio plantea como propuesta la implementación de un Centro Integral para personas Invidentes en la Provincia de Trujillo, debido a que actualmente no existe una sede con educación especializada y formación laboral para niños y jóvenes invidentes. La accesibilidad en las infraestructuras es uno de los principales problemas puesto que no permite la autosuficiencia para desarrollar con libertad sus actividades, esta causa ha motivado la investigación que se desarrolla y cuyo objeto es precisar los principales aspectos en el diseño y desarrollo de un Centro Básico Especial para personas Invidentes que sea integral, accesible y confortable. Por ende, se ha efectuado un exhaustivo análisis documental de carácter arquitectónico además de la revisión de normas legales vigentes en la materia conjuntamente con guías, manuales y libros referentes a la investigación, los cuales permitirán estimar con precisión el objeto arquitectónico. Asimismo, se han analizado hechos arquitectónicos de carácter nacional e internacional, los cuales han permitido orientar el objeto de la investigación. Se ha determinado además lineamientos que han condicionado la ejecución y las premisas del proyecto, el cual se ha obtenido a través de una investigación científica que valida la variable estrategias de memoria secuencial. Finalmente, se realizó la comparación de lineamientos teóricos y técnicos, del cual se obtuvo lineamientos finales que condicionará el diseño del objeto arquitectónico.

This study proposes the implementation of an Integral Center for Blind People in the Province of Trujillo, due to the fact that there is currently no center with specialized education and job training for blind children and young people. The accessibility in the infrastructure is one of the main problems since it does not allow self-sufficiency to freely develop their activities, this cause has motivated the research that is being developed and whose purpose is to specify the main aspects in the design and development of a Special Basic Center for Blind people that is comprehensive, accessible and comfortable. Therefore, an exhaustive documentary analysis of architectural character has been carried out in addition to the revision of legal norms in force in the matter together with guides, manuals and books referring to the investigation, which will allow to estimate with precision the architectural object. Likewise, architectural facts of national and international character have been analyzed, which have allowed to orient the object of the investigation. The guidelines that have conditioned the execution and the premises of the project have also been determined, which have been obtained through a scientific research that validates the variable sequential memory strategies. Finally, a comparison of theoretical and technical guidelines was made, from which final guidelines were obtained that will condition the design of the architectural object.
