ABSTRACT The human resources management encompasses all activities necessary to maintain a productive workforce (Planing, organization, direction and control.) This is why, with this thesis is to evaluate time management and impact on job satisfaction of employees of the store Ripley Jockey Plaza, after the implementation of a software called Workforce Manager, then an alternative improvement arises, since it has detected a priori a growing job dissatisfaction and a recurring event discounts undue workers, to do an analysis of the variables time management and its dimensions (Productivity, Day and Hour) and their influence on job satisfaction and its dimensions (Working Conditions, Personal and Social Recognition, Importance was held Task) by Questionnaire SL-SPC (Palma, 2005) of job satisfaction, which was modified to include the study of time management in a sample of 208 workers at 95% confidence was statistically analyzed using the coefficient Pearson correlation to establish the degree of association between two variables, which yielded a coefficient of 0.50, which shows that if there is a high positive correlation between actual time management and job satisfaction, which validates the hypothesis research. Finally we conclude that although the intent of Ripley to improve time management, it should not be limited exclusively to the daily control of the teams, but had neglected margins cut information for payment, causing a delay of 10 days without control, which is the main cause of undue discounts, as such it is recommended to implement better control for the payment of payrolls, crossing the information weekly for each worker, which would drastically reduce the situation of discounts and hence of job dissatisfaction.
