The objective of the present study was to calculate the safety factor by applying total efforts on the slopes of the Baños del Inca - Llacanora highway, this means that our research will allow us to know if the area is susceptible to landslides by any type of mobility agent that can be static or dynamic depending on the factors of the properties of the rocky material and the vulnerability of each fill space present in the environment that makes up the formation of these slopes. The population is made up of the Slopes of the Baños del Inca –Llacanora road and the sample is the Rocky Massif of the Slopes from km 6 + 00 to km 6 + 350 of the Baños del Inca - Llacanora road. Among the continuous medium, the characteristics of each slope are different from each other due to different agents of previously existing forces or paleo-efforts that show us how the slopes were and what happened later to take the current form that composes them. The results indicate a type of rock that is moderately resistant (R3) to resistant (R4) before a general margin inspecting the entire slope, but when we carry out a detailed linear mapping we realize more information that is enriching for geotechnical and geomechanical knowledge. respectively; the safety factor for sections suggests that 25% of the total slope is unstable to various agents such as weather, seismicity, weathering and more. In conclusion, the safety factor directly influences the stability of slopes, it was possible to calculate the safety factor of the slopes on the route of the Baños del Inca - Llacanora highway.
