Abstract: La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal evaluar el proceso de producción de losas aligeradas
bajo el enfoque de Lean Construction, en la Ciudad de Cajamarca año 2017. Para lo cual se
analizaron 04 viviendas ubicadas en la ciudad, dentro de los trabajos ejecutados se analizó y
describió de manera concisa cómo se aplican las herramientas importantes de esta Filosofía de
Lean Construction, con la finalidad de obtener los resultados de Tiempo Productivo (de acá en
adelante será TP), Tiempo Contributorio (de acá en adelante será TC) y Tiempo No Contributorio
(de acá en adelante será TNC), la cual servirá para obtener la productividad de dicha cuadrilla y
cuáles son las fallas que afectan a la partida de losas aligeradas; dentro de los métodos usados en
el presente trabajo de investigación, se observó de manera directa durante 2.5 horas promedio para
cada vivienda, registrando en las fichas de recolección de datos (ver anexo 03), tomando mediciones
de rendimientos y el desempeño de la cuadrilla de trabajadores contratados durante el proceso
constructivo de losas aligeradas; las actividades realizadas fueron el encofrado, colocación del
ladrillo, colocación del acero y el vaciado del concreto. Luego de concluir con el periodo de
observación se procesó los datos en gabinete para calcular la productividad de la partida de losas
aligeradas evaluadas. Después se obtuvo los resultados promedios en porcentajes para las 04
viviendas evaluadas, la vivienda 01 (TP=30.58%, TC=26.43% y TNC=42.99%), vivienda 02
(TP=36.95%, TC=39.76% y TNC=23.29%), vivienda 03 (TP=39.31%, TC=35.96% y TNC=24.72%)
y vivienda 04 (TP=35.48%, TC=43.24% y TNC=21.28%), el promedio general para las 04 viviendas
en el proceso de producción de losas aligeradas es TP = 35.58%, TC = 36.35% y TNC = 28.07%.
The present thesis has as main objective to evaluate the process of production of lightened slabs under the approach of Lean Construction, in the City of Cajamarca in 2017. For which we analyzed 04 houses located in the city, within the executed works was analyzed and Described in a concise way how the important tools of this Philosophy of Lean Construction are applied, with the purpose of obtaining the results of Productive Time (from here onwards it will be TP), Time (from here onwards it will be TC), and Non-Contributor Time (from here onwards it will be TNC), which will serve to obtain the productivity of said crew and what are the faults Which affect the clearance of lightened slabs; Within the methods used in the present research work, was observed directly during 2.5 hours average for each dwelling, recording in the data collection sheets (see Annex 02), taking measurements of yields and the performance of the crew of Workers hired during the construction process of lightened slabs; The activities carried out were the formwork, laying of the brick, laying of the steel and the emptying of the concrete. After completing the observation period, the data in the cabinet were processed to calculate the productivity of the lightweight slabs evaluated.
