The present qualitative research has in vital evaluation the situation that people diagnosed with cancer go through, who face degenerative treatment processes and symptoms of stress or depression, in addition to many of these fail to obtain medical diagnoses or treatments at the same time. For this reason, it proposes the design of a Type II-E Hospital specialized in neoplastic diseases in the Province of Trujillo, with the objective of determining how the biophilic theory of nature in space conditions the design of said architectural object. To do this, a methodological process was carried out based on the systematic review of the literature, studying and collecting theoretical bases linked to the behavior of the variable, biophilic theory in space, preparing case analysis sheets with scientific blush, interview form and indicators architectural located in the variable. Finally, the results determined that said variable directly conditions the architectural object, since through its proper application it creates spaces that take advantage of environmental characteristics, generating the connection of architecture with nature. Thus enabling the relationship with the natural environment to provide the user with healthy conditions for recovery.
