ABSTRACT In the globalized world we are living, it is necessary that all companies are at the forefront; Therefore, it is necessary to have an adequate ability to management and data management. In this sense, the storage and processing of data are issues that arouse the need to search tools to develop information systems where data and diverse information can be integrated in order to improve their management, such a way that they are accurate and coherent, allowing to develop the strategic advantages of any organization, in the different stages of its productive processes. The objective of this research is to assess the impact of the implementation of the MVC architecture in the development of the computer system on the web and mobile platforms in the matadero municipal del distrito de Jesus, for which requirements have been established, analyzed and designed the computer system under the MVC architecture to finally determine the effort, time and cost of the same. The computer system developed for the Matadero Municipal del distrito de Jesus was called MataderoSOFT, it was developed in Python with the Django framework. AngularJS and the IONIC framework were used for the mobile application. The modules implemented are: worker, daily verification report, inspection, materials and supplies and reports. As a result of the research, was that the effort to implement the computer system in the mobile platform with respect to the web platform is 11.3% lower; time is reduced by 10.5% and the cost is reduced by 64.5%.
