The objective of this thesis is to analyze the development of export management of an energy bar based on quinoa and cranberry for marketing to the San Francisco market in 2019, in order to propose an adequate export management system with This will meet the standards of the international market. For the study of our variables we rely on different authors that allow us to reach the proposed objectives. In Export Management we have the theory of the International Trade Center (2014) that tells us that in order to be competitive in international markets, companies that want to export must have legal and technical knowledge and be prepared to handle an export; and for Marketing we have Krugman (1979) since it emphasizes the study of demand, consumer preference and diversified supply, helping us to recognize the requirements for the commercialization of energy bars. On the other hand, for the data collection in our research we used surveys and interviews, which were applied to the respective populations With the study carried out it has been possible to demonstrate that Cajamarca has a pr oduction of quinoa and blueberry of good quality, highlighting its properties in terms of type, color and taste; that is why these products have managed to enter the local, national and international markets; however, the producers lack advice, which would be a problem for the management of an adequate export. It is worth mentioning that, the application of a quality system can improve the standards that are required in any export management, developing appropriate processes, thus achieving to introduce the product to the international market. The local industry is in the process of development, which still lacks international standards but which is aimed at exporting a finished product and with the support of some public and private entities will be achieved. The weak points with which the city of Cajamarca has the deficiency of advice of a correct export management of a finished product as they usually do it as a raw material; However, there are more and more producers who are dedicating themselves to the acquisition of knowledge of feasible methods for a correct international sale, since they are aware that it has great international potential.
