This research emerged in the middle of the global pandemic caused by the SARS-Cov-2 virus, which caused fortuitous and unexpected changes in different work environments. Precisely one of the areas most affected was the educational sector. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out this comparative descriptive research, with the aim of identifying the most predominant psychosocial factors in high-risk exposure, perceived by teachers in remote work at a private educational institution in Lima. As well as, compare the results based on demographic variables that are: sex, level of education and age. The sample consisted of 25 teachers to whom the Event/Istas 21 instrument was applied, which consisted of 23 items, of which 20 measured 5 dimensions of psychosocial factors and 3 items were of sociodemographic content. Among the main results, it was possible to identify three predominant psychosocial dimensions at the exposure of a high level of risk to the health of teachers, which are called: the perception of low social support (92%), a certain deficit in active work and possibilities of development (56%), and the little presence of Double presence (64%). It is concluded that there is a statistically significant difference in the level of exposure of psychosocial risk factors with the level of education of teachers, thus indicating that preschool teachers have greater exposure to a high level of risk with respect to the Psychological Demands factor. Likewise, it is found that there is a difference in the level of risk exposure with the age of the teachers. This indicates that teachers aged 26 to 46 years have greater exposure to a high level of risk than teachers of other age groups.
