This research is a descriptive study that is related to the New Labor Procedure Law and early judgment, justifying our work by virtue of the fact that the labor procedural burden is one of the problems that has increased rapidly in our country; carried out with the objective of reviewing scientific publications during the years 2015 - 2019. A descriptive study is presented through which a systematic review of the literature of 14 publications that includes articles and journals produced during the years 2015-2019 is presented; and 10 files. This research had as sources of information vLex and Google Scholar. An analysis was carried out from which a table of information with indexed journals extracted due to factors linked to thematic affinity, seniority, language and place of publication is derived. Found limitations in both the specific literature, age and its accessibility. In conclusion, the anticipated trial is a viable and necessary option for the speed in the labor processes.
