Interactividad en la red social Facebook de los usuarios entre 60 y 80 años de Rotary Club de Chimbote

Abstract

La presente tesis determina el nivel de interactividad en Facebook. Teniendo como muestra a los usuarios entre los 60 y 80 años del Rotary Club de Chimbote en el año 2019. En el primer capítulo, se encuentra la contextualización social, la realidad problemática menciona cual es el consumo actual de Facebook en la tercera edad, la existencia de Rotary Club en Chimbote y el uso de esta red social dentro de uno de los clubes de servicio más importantes a nivel mundial: Rotary International. Además de elementos de la investigación, como los objetivos e hipótesis. En el segundo capítulo, el marco teórico presenta antecedentes de otras investigaciones realizadas a nivel mundial, nacional y local, los cuáles nos permiten ahondar el tema a tratar. Asimismo, hay algunas palabras claves que ayudan a entender mejor terminología. En el tercer capítulo, tenemos el diseño de investigación, el cual fue: no experimental- transversal. Basado en esto, se realizó una encuesta sobre interactividad entre los usuarios de Facebook entre los 60 y 80 años y una ficha de observación al fan page Rotary Club Chimbote. El cuarto capítulo fue el análisis de las encuestas en tablas y gráficas. El quinto capítulo, se encuentras las discusiones entre los resultados de otros autores y lo determinado por la encuesta. Por último, en los dos capítulos restantes, se encuentran las conclusiones, se responden a los objetivos y se dan las recomendaciones pertinentes.
