The main objective of this research is to demonstrate that the IGV Detraction System has a significant impact on the liquidity of the taxpayers (Natural Persons) that provide the dental service in all its specialties, specifically in the clinics located in the district of San Borja - Lima - Lima. The research study is framed within the qualitative approach, applied type, causal correlational level and non - experimental transversal design. The deduction is a mechanism of anticipated tax collection that is being applied by La Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria in order to ensure the payment of taxes by taxpayers who are in activities with high rates of informality and therefore a high degree of breach in its tax obligations, this mechanism consists of the client deducing a percentage of the total service and being deposited in a special account opened in the Banco de la Nación in the name of the provider, the only purpose of these amounts being the payment of taxes collected by SUNAT. In the context of liquidity we determine that if you have an adequate amount of cash according to the need of the company, it is a sign of good management, any risk is minimized to make timely payment of your obligations, there are currently many ways to measure liquidity One of the best known is through the liquidity ratios, this is obtained by dividing the current assets and current liabilities, so if the company seeks to generate funds it will be projected elaborating the cash flow of income and expenses, the difference of these gives a net balance for the period. A low level of liquidity would cause a situation of non-payment of its shortterm obligations, resorting to financing external to the financial environment.
