Evaluación de desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de transporte de la empresa Compañía Minera Poderosa SA, Vijus –Pataz – La Libertad 2017

Abstract

El propósito de la presente investigación, fue medir el nivel de desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de transporte de la empresa Compañía Minera Poderosa SA (CMPSA), en el anexo de Vijus-Pataz- La Libertad. Para esto, se determinó la muestra del presente trabajo considerándose el total de la población conformada por los 34 colaboradores del departamento de transporte de la empresa compañía minera Poderosa SA, Vijus – Pataz. El formato que se usó para realizar la evaluación de desempeño de los colaboradores del departamento de transporte de la empresa Compañía Minera Poderosa SA, fue el modelo Convencional de Apreciación, el mismo, que la empresa tiene elaborado y emitido por la anterior empresa que realizó la evaluación de desempeño de forma general a todas las áreas de la empresa, los factores o dimensiones se modificó en coordinación con el jefe del departamento de transporte, las mismas que fueron necesarias para medir el nivel de desempeño laboral y cumplir con sus objetivos y metas planteadas. Para el análisis de datos, se somete a la prueba de confiabilidad, el resultado se presenta en el reporte obtenido por el Coeficiente de dos mitades de Guttman = 0,912 y que al aplicar la Corrección de Spearman-Brow presentó los siguientes resultados respecto al Instrumento utilizado (Longitud igual) = 0,926 Según los resultados el instrumento presenta Confiabilidad Interna Significativa, con un Alfa de Cronbach = 0,912. Concluyendo que el 52,9% de los evaluados se encuentra en el promedio, en cuanto se refiere al desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de transporte de la empresa Minera Poderosa SA, ubicado en el anexo de VijusPataz- La Libertad 2017.

The purpose of the present investigation, it was measured the level of work performance of the collaborators of the department of transport of the company Mining Powerful Company SA (CMPSA). From the annex of Vijus-Pataz-La Libertad. For this, there decided the sample of the present work being considered to be the total of the population shaped by 34 collaborators of the department of transport of the company mining Powerful company SA, Vijus - Pataz. The format that was used to realize the evaluation of performance of the collaborators of the department of transport of the company Mining Powerful Company SA, he was the model Conventional of Appraisal, the same one, which the company has elaborated and issued as the previous company that realized the evaluation of performance of general form to all the areas of the company in the previous years, the factors or dimensions it was modified in coordination by the chief of the department of transport, the same ones that were necessary to measure the level of labor performance and to expire with his aims and raised goals. For the analysis of information, it surrenders to the test of reliability, the result appears in the report obtained by the Coefficient of two Guttman's = 0.912 and that when applying the Spearman Correction- Brow presented the following results regarding the Instrument used (Equal length) = 0.926 According to the results, the instrument shows Significant Internal Reliability, with a Cronbach's Alpha = 0.912. Concluding that 52.9% of them are in the average as regards the work performance of the employees of the transport area of the Mining Powerful Company SA, located in of the annex of Vijus-Pataz- La Libertad 2017.
