The present research work aims to determine the relationship of logistics operators with the service relationship of the internal processes of a direct catalog sales company. Sta. Anita - Lima 2020. The research approach is quantitative, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional research design, for which questionnaires were made based on the analysis of the collection of reports, the validity of these instruments was carried out with the judgment of experts, with a population of 48 employees and with a sample of 35 collaborators, using IBM SPSS v.26 programs, with a reliability verified by Crombach's Alpha in both variables such as: Independent variable, 739. while in the dependent variable with, 720 which rank high. Likewise, it was determined that there is a correlation between the variables with a Spearman Rho, 644 with an error level of .01. Concluding with determining that there is a relationship between the general and specific variables, accepting the alternative hypotheses, with a coefficient of determination, 479 Therefore, we can determine that the logistics operator's management is responsible for 47.9% of the internal processes.
