Proyecto de inversión: alquiler de canchas de grass sintético en el distrito de Los Olivos en Lima Norte

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente proyecto ha sido elaborado para la creación de un establecimiento de Alquiler de Canchas de Grass Sintético en Lima norte, el nombre comercial es Foot Gol Perú S.A. Se ha tomado como ubicación estratégica del establecimiento al distrito de los Olivos, considerado como la mayor afluencia de personas que hay en la zona. El servicio será percibido de manera diferenciada ante otros establecimientos que brindan el mismo servicio en la atención al público que será nuestra mejor ventaja y atributo que nos va a diferenciar de la competencia a través de la infraestructura y las características del servicio adecuado que ofreceremos. Se realizará un análisis utilizando diferentes herramientas como el Marketing el cual nos ayudara a reducir el grado de incertidumbre y posible fracaso al determinar el segmento de mercado al cual atacaremos, también podemos planificar los medios publicitarios que utilizaremos como estrategias para las diferentes etapas del proyecto; también se utilizará el análisis foda con el objetivo de verificar el grado de rentabilidad de la inversión. Al lograr la conexión comercial entre el cliente y el negocio, se reflejará de manera positiva o negativa la rentabilidad de la empresa, que es el motivo de investigación del proyecto en mención. Por último, por medio del estudio de viabilidad Económico Financiero, se puede arribar a la conclusión de que el proyecto de inversión, es altamente rentable, ya que el mismo arroja a través de los indicadores utilizados, resultados positivos.

ABSTRACT The present project has been developed for the creation of a Rental of Fields of Synthetic Grass in North Lima, the commercial name is Foot Gol Peru S.A. It has been taken as the strategic location of the establishment to the district of Olivos, considered as the largest influx of people in the area. The service will be perceived in a differentiated way before other establishments that provide the same service in the attention to the public that will be our best advantage and attribute that will differente us from the competition through the infrastructure and the characteristics of the appropriate service that we will offer An analysis will be made using different tools such as Marketing which will help us to reduce the degree of uncertainty and possible failure in determining the market segment to which we will attack, we can also plan advertising media that we will use as strategies for the different stages of the project ; Also the foda analysis will be used with the objective of verifying the degree of profitability of the investment. By achieving the commercial connection between the client and the business, the profitability of the company, which is the reason for investigation of the project in question, will be reflected positively or negatively. Finally, through the Economic Economic feasibility study, it can be concluded that the investment project is highly profitable, since it shows positive results through the indicators used.
