A basic, non-experimental research with correlational design was carried out on 93 employees of a retail company in the city of Trujillo, La Libertad, where 54 were women and 39 were men; With the purpose of determining the level of relationship between labor engagement and the dimensions of work-family interaction in employees. For which the Questionnaire on Work-Family Interaction (SWING) developed by Bernardo Moreno Jiménez, Ana Isabel Sanz Vergel, Alfredo Rodríguez Muñoz and Sabine Geurts in 2005, with a reliability level according to the Cronbach alpha of 0.816. And the UTRECHT scale of Engagement at Work (UWES) was created By authors Wilmar Schaufeli and Arnold Bakker in 2003, with a reliability level according to the cronbach alpha of 0.893. It was obtained that the variable labor engagement has a positive correlation with two dimensions of work-family interaction, both positive family-work interaction and positive work-family interaction, demonstrating that employees feel more energetic in their work, the effect Negative effect that the working life can cause in family life decreases, and conversely, if employees feel less energy at work, the negative effect of working life increases and can expand in the family.
