Plan de mejora de seguridad basado en ISO 45001 para actualizar la gestión en seguridad en empresas constructoras de redes de gas natural en Lima 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación aporta a la mejora en las operaciones de gestión en seguridad para prevenir futuras contingencias que pueden impactar a los colaboradores como perdidas colaterales a la empresa.

Para ello se identificará la realidad problemática, detallando las operaciones que agregan valor, los objetivos y variables. asimismo, mediante el análisis de causa - raíz se identificará las dimensiones del problema para lograr soluciones y mitigar el impacto negativo de cada causa – raíz.

Respecto a la metodología el enfoque de la investigación es de tipo cuantitativa ya que para el análisis de las variables se empleará criterios y mediciones numéricas que nos ayuden a identificar la actual gestión de seguridad en la empresa, con respecto a su diseño es experimental ya que la investigación busca hallar una relación causa – efecto.

Esta propuesta de mejora fue diseñada en base a los lineamientos establecidos de la Ley 29783 (Ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo) legislación peruana vigente y a la Norma internacional ISO 45001, asimismo, se utilizará instrumentos de recolección de datos que permitirán hallar los resultados de la investigación, finalmente se emitirá las conclusiones y recomendaciones finales del presente plan de mejora.

This research contributes to the improvement in security management operations to prevent future contingencies that may impact employees as collateral losses to the company.

For this, the problematic reality will be identified, detailing the operations that add value, the objectives and variables. likewise, through root cause analysis, the dimensions of the problem will be identified in order to achieve solutions and mitigate the negative impact of each root cause.

Regarding the methodology, the research approach is quantitative since for the analysis of the variables, numerical criteria and measurements will be used to help us identify the current security management in the company, with respect to its design it is experimental since The research seeks to find a cause-effect relationship.

This improvement proposal was designed based on the established guidelines of Law 29783 (Law on safety and health at work) current Peruvian legislation and the International Standard ISO 45001, likewise, data collection instruments will be used that will allow finding the results After the investigation, the final conclusions and recommendations of this improvement plan will finally be issued.
