the present study aimed General Design and Implementation of a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008 in-service heavy cargo Multiservice Transport Company Cajamarca SAC to increase the level of internal customer satisfaction , in order to provide better service to external customers. For this purpose, an analysis of the current situation based on the requirements of the standard ISO901: 2008 in the area of heavy freight through direct observation, interviews and surveys to staff working in this area, we conducted a SWOT analysis with their respective strategies, where one of these was to implement a quality management system, and a survey of internal customer satisfaction, then proceeded to the performance management system covering quality and with most the problems encountered in current diagnosis, obtaining as a result that the requirements of the standard increased by 30.54% and increased internal customer satisfaction by 21% and finally generated projected costs for implementing the system and then verify viability of the project resulting in a rate of return of 56.68 this indicator we argue that for every sun invested in this project generates a return of 55.68 soles.
