This work had as main objective the design of a system for Occupational Safety and Health to reduce the accident rate of the plant Agroindustrial San Lorenzo del Crisnejas SA in Matara district, Cajamarca. Since in this company has a range of harmful accidents for both the company and also the families of the employees affected. Security is an important factor, for avoiding accidents not only the loss of life is avoided but also the costs they entail. The moment an accident occurs, a work stoppage occurs, this creates a damage or loss of equipment or machinery, in addition to the product having c by the company. To achieve the design of a system for Occupational Safety and Health will be held from a situational analysis that takes place in different areas of agro-industrial plant; for this began with a general examination that includes a very timely manner, work history and risks of existing work, statistical tables on past accidents with minor, serious or very serious consequences are reviewed. A tool called IPER is used to rank risks in order to classify areas as riskier for employees when performing their work. The design of an Occupational Health System must be customizable in implementation and should allow a reduction in work accidents, creating an efficient performance in the workplace and promoting a culture of safety in the manufacturing sector. This culture will be held providing continuous staff capacity, revealing the importance of compliance with labor standards.
