The present study aims to design a Logistic System for the improvement in the availability of resources in a District Municipality of Matara - Cajamarca, 2021. To carry out the research, an applied and qualitative, non-experimental and correlational research was applied, as a data collection instrument, the historical data record and observation sheet were applied. The results showed that there are 8 standardized operational procedures, it was also revealed that only 2 annual training sessions on Occupational Safety and Hygiene were carried out in the entity, there are 2 warehouses. Regarding the availability of resources, only 48% of orders fulfilled, 70% of adequate income, 60% of compliant dispatches, in addition to a replenishment time of 30 days on average are evidenced. With the proposed logistic system, procedures for ordering merchandise, entry and exit of merchandise, annual training plan, purchasing system and warehouse system were incorporated. Based on the economic analysis of the project, which demonstrated the feasibility, given that the proposal requires an initial investment of S./ 38,520, with an estimated annual profit of S./12,224, with a NPV of 228,443, IRR of 10.2% and a B/C ratio of 1.12, which represents the viability of the project. The final logistic indicators show that an improvement in the availability of material resources is achieved.
