The present research work was accomplish out with the objective of developing a system based on the technology chatbot for the control and monitoring of rice cultivation in the city of Chiclayo, in 2018. The type of study was pre-experimental, with pre-test and post-test design. The universal sample consisted of a total of 15 farmers working together with the National Institute of Agrarian Research. To obtain the data, 4 questionnaires were applied consisting of 6 items. The dimensions included in the technology are the notification system, the response time and the integrated functionality; While the dimension included in the control and monitoring of rice cultivation and compliance with the activities, the attention of incidents, the level of satisfaction of the response of the response and the level of knowledge of pests / diseases. The results showed that control and monitoring improved the fulfillment of activities by increasing by 27%, the attention of incidents increasing by 33.4%, the results of the proposal increasing by 37.49% and the knowledge of pests and diseases increasing in 42.25%, with a confidence level of 95%. For all the above mentioned we can conclude that the system based on the technology chatbot promoted the improvement in the control and monitoring of rice cultivation carried out by farmers in the city of Chiclayo. The results obtained establish the need to continue working and replicate in other existing crops int the city of Chiclayo, as well as in some other local, national or foreign institution.
