The general objective of this work was to evaluate to what extent the implementation of the Last Planner System (LPS) improves the management of the anchored walls project of the Pardo y Aliaga Building. This project is located between Av. Pardo y Aliaga and Calle Los Libertadores, San Isidro. The application of the LPS in the project began with the sectorization, then the work train was generated; Subsequently, we worked with the optimized schedule, with this the Lookahead was carried out, which helped to obtain a better planning and as a last procedure, the short-term planning was carried out, which helped to improve the control of the activities in the hands of construction site. With the implementation of the LPS, the following results were obtained. A reduction of deadlines in 30 days was obtained, optimizing deadlines by 14.6%, in addition planning was improved by 92%, finally the control of activities was optimized, obtaining a 23% optimization. Finally, from the evaluation of the results obtained by implementing the LPS, it was determined that it improves the management of the execution of this project, because it contributes to an improvement; of deadlines, planning and control, confirming that the LPS is an adequate tool for project management.
