The objective of the investigation was to determine, through the evaluation of the Peruvian Seismic Resistance Normative NTE E.030 and Chilean Normative Nch.433, the differences in the seismic response of the building Camino del Parque, Lima-2021. The research was applied as a quantitative approach focus. The sample was Camino del Parque 7-floor building, located in Pueblo Libre district, the main results when applying NTE E.030 for lateral displacements were higher at 134.41% in XX and 108.03% in Y-Y, for interfloor distortion in 133.20% in XX and 206% in Y-Y, for shear force in 154.29% in X-X and Y-Y, for maximum bending moment on beam at 115% on XX and 134,57% on Y-Y, for axial force on columns at 119.6% on XX and 131.4% on YY, for shear on plates at 148.65% on XX and 132.37% on YY and same in period; finally, we can determine that in general there is a difference of approximately 100% between the seismic response parameters between the Peruvian standard NTE E.30 and the Chilean standard Nch. 433, this occurs because the Peruvian standard presents more conservative normative parameters.
