Conocimiento, actitud y práctica con respecto a la responsabilidad social en los alumnos del 2do al 6to ciclo de la Universidad Privada del Norte - Trujillo

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el conocimiento, actitud y practica (CAP) con respecto a la responsabilidad social en los alumnos de la Universidad Privada del Norte. Para el estudio se tomó como agentes de estudio a los alumnos del 2do al 6to ciclo de la universidad. La tesis incluye dos fases: en la primera fase se desarrolló un diagnóstico CAP de los alumnos. Con respecto al conocimiento se dividió en tres dimensiones: el significado que los estudiantes atribuyen al concepto de responsabilidad social, el nivel de conocimiento que tienen sobre realidad social con respecto a problemas sociales y medio ambientales y el conocimiento que poseen de su rol como universitarios frente a estos problemas. La actitud se basa en la posición que presentan los estudiantes frente a responsabilidad social y la práctica se basa en la participación social de los alumnos y la práctica misma de la responsabilidad social. El estudio nos permitió desarrollar la segunda fase la cual corresponde a la elaboración de un plan de comunicaciones. Esta propuesta plantea sensibilizar al alumno sobre la realidad social de la ciudad de Trujillo, partiendo desde un conocimiento real de la problemática para así generar la práctica consciente de la responsabilidad social, abarcando todos los aspectos de su vida desde la experiencia personal, minimizando sus impactos, hasta la académica con la realización de proyectos de desarrollo social.

The present work of investigation has as its principal object to make a diagnosis on the knowledge, attitude and practices (KAP) about the social responsibility in the students of the North Private University. For this study has been taken as an objective public to the 2nd and 6th cycle university students and it was made through two phases: This dissertation includes two phases: in the first phase a diagnostic KAP of the pupils developed. The knowledge was divided in three dimensions: the meaning that the students attribute about social responsibility, the level of knowledge that they have on social reality with regard to social and environmental problems. The attitude has been based on the students position about the social responsibility and the practice has been based on the social participation of the students and also in the practice of the social responsibility. This study let us developed the second phase which is about the elaboration of a communication plan. In this offer has been consider to sensitize the students on the social reality of the city of Trujillo, starting from the real knowledge of the problematic in order to generate the conscious practice of social responsibility, including all aspects of their life from the personal experience, minimizing their impact, up to the academician with the project accomplishment of social development.
