Análisis del costo del servicio y su efecto en la utilidad en la empresa Transportes Meléndez S.R.L., de Cajamarca, año 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación está orientado a un “ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO DEL COSTO DEL SERVICIO Y SU EFECTO EN LA UTILIDAD EN LA EMPRESA TRANSPORTES MELÉNDEZ S.R.L., DE CAJAMARCA, AÑO 2016” debido que la actividad económica a que se dedica la Empresa es Transporte Interprovincial de pasajeros, con la ruta: Cajamarca – Cajabamba y Viceversa. La empresa TRANSPORTES MELÉNDEZ S.R.L., es una empresa familiar pertenecientes a los Señores, Meléndez y se ubica en Jr. Atahualpa N° 289, localizada en la ciudad de Cajamarca. Esta investigación, está basada en determinar los costos del servicio y su efecto en la utilidad de la Empresa Transportes Meléndez S.R.L., por lo que, en la actualidad se debe disponer, de una información actual, precisa y enteramente vinculada a sus objetivos estratégicos, de todas estas tareas se encarga actualmente la contabilidad de costos, ya que luego esto se reflejará en un Estado de Resultados. Por lo tanto, ha pasado de ser una herramienta auxiliar a ser un instrumento eficaz.

Esto se llevó a cabo utilizando el método de costeo tradicional, en el cuál se realizó una apropiada identificación y distribución de Costos Directos e Indirectos, lo que conllevó a determinar el precio de venta del boleto de viaje y su utilidad real, para poder tomar decisiones apropiadas, y ser una empresa competente en el mercado. Se demostró en el Resultado que, el Costo del Servicio de Transporte de Pasajeros es de S/. 162,768.40, generando un efecto positivo en la Utilidad operacional, para el 1° semestre del 2016.

ABSTRACT This research is oriented towards a ‘’COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE COST OF SERVICE AND ITS EFFECT ON THE PROFIT OF THE COMPANY TRANSPORTES MELENDEZ S.R.L., OF CAJAMARCA, YEAR 2016’’ as the economic activity to which the company is dedicated is Interprovincial Transport of passengers, with the route: Cajamarca - Cajabamba and back. The company TRANSPORTES MELÉNDEZ S.R.L. is a family company belonging to the Meléndez family and it is located on Atahualpa Street N° 286, in the city of Cajamarca. This research is based on determining the costs of the service and its effect on the profit of the Company Transport Melendez S.R.L., for which, at present, there should be information available that is up-to-date, precise and entirely related to its strategic objectives. Currently, cost accountancy is in charge of all these responsibilities as it this will later be reflected in a State of Results. Consequently, it has gone on from becoming a support tool to an effective instrument. This has been done using the method of traditional funding, in which an appropriate identification and distribution of Direct and Indirect Costs has been made, which led to determining the sales price of the real travel ticket, to make appropriate decisions, and become a competent company in the market. It was demonstrated in the result that, the cost of the service of passenger's Transport is of S/. 162,768.40, generating a Positive effect in the operational utility. For first semester of 2016
