Impacto de la implementación del ERP Odoo en la productividad de la empresa “Tuki Consultoría y Tecnología” en la ciudad de Cajamarca, 2019

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta tesis, fue determinar el impacto del ERP Odoo en la productividad de la empresa “Tuki consultoría y tecnología” en la ciudad de Cajamarca, 2019; para poder realizar esto, se buscó información acerca de las dos variables en estudio. Entonces, primero se observó la situación actual de la empresa, para luego hacer la propuesta e implementación de este sistema de información, con la finalidad de analizar el impacto en la optimización de sus recursos. Posteriormente, se realizó la verificación de la hipótesis; para ello se tuvo que contrastar la hipótesis alterna mediante la prueba estadística T de student, con un nivel de significancia del 5% y un valor crítico de 2.4469, concluyendo que la implementación del ERP Odoo impactó de manera positiva en la productividad de la empresa Tuki consultoría y tecnología en la ciudad de Cajamarca en el año 2019. Luego de la implementación del ERP mencionado, se procedió a realizar las pruebas a través de instrumentos de recolección de información, esto fue con el fin de analizar la mejora en temas de productividad; pudiendo percibir que la productividad aumentó en un 18% comparado con el sistema (Microsoft Excel) que se utilizaba; además, que los colaboradores pudieron manejarlo con total facilidad. Como punto final, se pudo observar que la utilización de sistemas informáticos, en este caso un ERP, ayuda a optimizar los recursos de una empresa.

The main objective of this thesis was to determine the impact of ERP Odoo on the productivity of the company “Tuki consulting and technology” in the city of Cajamarca, 2019; In order to do this, information was sought about the two variables under study. Then, first the current situation of the company was observed, and then make the proposal and implementation of this information system, in order to analyze the impact on the optimization of its resources. Subsequently, the hypothesis was verified; for this, the alternative hypothesis had to be tested by means of the student's statistical T test, with a significance level of 5% and a critical value of 2.4469, concluding with the implementation of the ERP Odoo had a positive impact on the productivity of the Tuki company consulting and technology in the city of Cajamarca in the year 2019. After the implementation of the ERP mentioned, the tests were carried out through information collection instruments, this was in order to analyze the improvement in productivity issues; being able to perceive that productivity increased by 18% compared to the system (Microsoft Excel) that was used; further, that the collaborators could handle it with total ease. As a final point, it was observed that the use of computer systems, in this case an ERP, helps to optimize the resources of a company.
