The present research work was carried out in order to determine the level of rotation of industrial safety products in the warehouse of the company SEKUR PERU SA, through the indicators Stock Average Value (VMS), Average Coverage Rate (TCM) ), Stock Rotation Index (IRS). Likewise, it was necessary to make the Pareto Diagram to the 150 items classifying them in category A, B and C in this way those of category A must be submitted a strict control of inventory, those of category B should be controlled periodically, the same form those of category C. It was determined that the level of rotation is not optimal since 51% of the products are low turnover. The appropriate logistic indicators were implemented to carry out the study, such as the Stock Rotation Index (IRS), which indicates the number of times the warehouse stock has been renewed, that is, the number of times the capital invested in inventories has been rotated. Average Stock Value (VMS) indicates the number of products (or their value), which on average remain as a balance in storage at the end of each month during period T. Average Coverage Rate (TCM) indicates how long the company has stock, if an order is not placed. The results analyzed give a measure of the logistic indicators, where it is concluded that 89 items have low turnover, compromising an inventory value of S 211,632.35, this means 46% of the total value of inventory that is S /. 460,262.94, causing an opportunity cost for the company and later reflected in a lack of liquidity. The present research work is of great importance for the company because it will allow you to make appropriate decisions regarding the handling of the Stocks, providing information as of this moment. Finally, management must adopt management policies related to the rotation of inventories, implementing appropriate policies such as sales forecasts to project the purchase of goods that have a greater turnover, and in this way not maintain products with zero stock rotation ratios or one.
