The research has the title “Design of the forcing of columns and beams, with the Technique of the Jacket and the Structural Behavior of a House, District of Puente Piedra, Lima, year 2019“ it is sought to describe through the design in the structural reinforcement of columns and beams of the housing with the technique of the encamisado located in the District of Puente Piedra. By means of the representation and evaluation of the project that was carried out, what is sought to show the technique of the cladding as an alternative of solution before deficiency of the structures due to the bad constructive processes in the extensions that are made with the passage of time due to the demand population. Assessing how the proposed design of the reinforcement of columns and beams influences the cladding technique would improve the structural behavior of a house located in the Puente Piedra District. With the cladding method we will demonstrate that our research is positively viable for structural reinforcement. It was determined that the influence of the design of reinforcement of columns with the technique of the cladding in the structural behavior with respect to the compressive stress, is positively improving the construction and being able to carry out a safe extension, respecting the norms that prevail in our country, so Both our hypothesis is valid and proven from a house located in the Puente Piedra district. With the reinforcement we were able to decrease the displacements of the drifts from (0.0097 to 0.0034) respecting the parameters of the E030 earthquake norm. Likewise, the period obtained was reduced from 1,061 to 0.421 seconds, thus achieving better conditions that allow a prudential reaction time of the occupants and evacuate before an earthquake. Designed the reinforcement of the beams with the technique of the cladding, the influence of the reinforcement design on the structural behavior with respect to the bending stress was determined, it was possible to demonstrate the favorable results and giving an improvement to the building, therefore our hypothesis is demonstrated The proposed design of the reinforcement of columns and beams with the technique of the cladding is shown that if it improves the structural behavior of a house located in the District of Puente Piedra. For this we must use reinforcement techniques before we can expand to more levels. Since in the test report with the sclerometer it was possible to verify that the house currently has a resistance f'c 160 kg / cm2 therefore it is prone to suffer damages before a severe earthquake.
