La reestructuración administrativa en las empresas de Latinoamérica: una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica de los últimos 10 años, 2008 – 2018

Abstract

La reestructuración administrativa es un conjunto de acciones desarrolladas y ejecutadas por las organizaciones para adaptarse a las exigencias del entorno, realizando cambios en las estructuras, procedimientos, normas de acción y de actuación de sus miembros, en base a las decisiones de la alta gerencia, con la finalidad de lograr la sinergia entre todas las áreas de la organización. El propósito de la presente revisión sistemática surge de la necesidad de dar respuesta a la pregunta principal ¿Cómo ha evolucionado la restructuración administrativa en las empresas en los últimos 10 años? Como metodología se utilizó bases de datos ProQuest y EBSCOhost, así como revistas científicas de Redalyc y Scielo, ubicando artículos relacionados a la pregunta propuesta, en revistas indexadas y con mucha rigurosidad científica. Para el análisis hemos elegido la revisión de la literatura de los años 2008 al 2018, en idioma español por su mayor cantidad de investigaciones. Los resultados de la revisión sistemática se agruparon en base a las preguntas específicas formuladas, concluyéndose que las empresas deben estar en permanente adaptación al cambio con una alta capacidad de respuesta.

The administrative restructuring is a set of actions developed and executed by organizations to adapt to the demands of the environment, making changes in the structures, procedures, rules of action and performance of its members, based on the decisions of senior management, in order to achieve synergy between all areas of the organization. The purpose of this systematic review arises from the need to answer the main question: How has the administrative restructuring of companies evolved in the last 10 years? As a methodology, databases ProQuest and EBSCOhost were used, as well as scientific journals of Redalyc and Scielo, locating articles related to the proposed question, in indexed journals and with great scientific rigor. For the analysis we chose the review of the literature from 2008 to 2018, in Spanish language for its largest number of investigations. The results of the systematic review were grouped based on the specific questions asked, concluding that companies should be constantly adapting to change with a high response capacity.
